This was stated by the victim’s defender Marina Parinova on Facebook.

“Ten days have already passed since deputy Pashinsky shot a random passerby. What distinguishes this case from all other similar cases is that the deputy was never questioned, and law enforcement officers have not yet carried out a single investigative action with him,” the lawyer wrote on Facebook.

Let us remind you that Pashinsky announced an attack on him on New Year’s Eve. The deputy said that during a conflict on the road, an unknown person hit him on the head with a bottle. According to the people's deputy, while defending himself, he shot the man in the leg.
