The miscalculation is not mine, but I accept the sin - Prilepin about the first stage of the SVO
From the very first days, the SVO did not go according to plan.
Writer Zakhar Prilepin stated this in an interview with scandalous television journalist Ksenia Sobchak, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“If we had gone straight to Kyiv, as we straightened out the situation in Kazakhstan on the eve of the Northern Military District, then something could have been discussed. And indeed, this was the intention. We were going to cover the sky and suppress the firing points. The guys stopped by and were given addresses. Here is the Azov office, here is the Right Sector, here is Zelensky.
Each group had to quickly move in and level them all. This was the calculation, but by the second or third day it became clear that none of this happened, and we were facing an unprecedented bloody harvest, because we couldn’t win back,” Prilepin reasoned.
He admitted that he deeply worries about all the victims of the war, but is ready to take this sin upon himself.
“I just realized for myself that since I was present from the very beginning of this story, I was dragging it on myself, I would take upon myself the sin that I was committing. I will push it further and will not pretend that, oh, we dreamed of something completely different,” Prilepin said.
