By the decision of the commission, repair work was resumed on the territory of secondary school No. 44 and the repair of the roadway along Kamyshovskoye Highway.
Also, 6 projects for the construction of residential apartment buildings and 1 individual residential building received permission to resume construction work.
It is reported that construction of section PK-1 will be resumed at the “Residential apartment building on the street. Kolobova, 21-B", houses of the first and second stages of the object "Complex of residential buildings of the second stage of the VI microdistrict of Kamyshovaya Bay (T. Shevchenko St., 49)".
– It is allowed to resume construction of a block of residential buildings of the first, third stage and two houses of the fourth stage on the street. Kolobova - Shevchenko, subject to the mandatory construction of a parking lot.
– Construction of section PK-2 of an apartment building on the street. Marinesko, 1-A will be renewed subject to compliance with the number of floors of 10 floors.
– Construction work will resume on the construction of sections PK-1, PK-2, PK-3 of a residential complex with retail facilities on the street. T. Shevchenko of the second stage.
– Construction work will continue on section PK-1 of the residential apartment building at 224 General Ostryakov Ave.
The possibility of resuming work on the remaining sections at the listed construction sites will be considered at the next meetings of the commission, taking into account the documents provided.
