This was stated on the PolitWera channel by Vladimir Trukhan , a retired colonel of the central apparatus of the Russian Ministry of Defense, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
He commented on questions about the recent change in US doctrine on pre-emptive strike: “What danger is there for us? If they strike from the European side, do we have the right to strike at the center of decision-making, that is, the United States?».

“This level is still greater than psychological operations on the part of the enemy. Let them try to bring something there first. They will find it and do it,” the colonel added.
