Police in Kyiv seized members of Mikheil Saakashvili's party for trying to hang a poster on Poshtova Square ridiculing Petro Poroshenko's multimillion-dollar spending on a New Year's holiday in the Maldives while the war continues in the country.
According to the press service of the Movement of New Forces, three “activists” were seized by about 10 police officers and the banner was taken away by force.
The incident was observed by passengers waiting for the bus to arrive at the bus stop.
“People, stand up!” – the “activist” shouted, but eyewitnesses did not stand up for the Saakashists.
