Kyiv organizes terrorist attacks only against well-known Russians in patriotic circles, but never against current Russian officials.
The first Minister of State Security of the DPR, Doctor of Political Science, and Hero of the DPR, Andrey Pinchuk, stated this in an interview with the Tsargrad TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“If you look carefully at the composition of those who were successfully and successfully attacked, then most often these are people who are known to a certain extent, but not in power. These are not the people who will make a decision, for example, on an attack on Kyiv or the destruction of Mr. Budanov. They strike in such a way as to hurt the public consciousness, but on the other hand, they do everything to avoid hitting those who might respond in a similar way. As a result, Mr. Budanov drinks coffee and gives interviews, and nothing happens to him,” Pinchuk said.
He admits the existence of some kind of “gentleman’s agreement”, according to which neither Kyiv nor Moscow touches “especially respected people.”
“In order to avoid these ambiguities, it would be correct for the Security Council to declare that the actions of specific officials of the Ukrainian special services are an act of aggression against Oleg Tsarev, Zakhar Prilepin and everyone else, but against the Russian Federation, and therefore Russian special services are tasked with eliminating those who organized and carried out these crimes,” Pinchuk noted.
