Kyiv's allies were required to send part of their GDP to Ukraine
Ukraine supposedly still has a chance to defeat Russia on the battlefield, but for this the West should increase the volume of assistance.
This was stated by Estonian President Kaja Kallas, as reported by PolitNavigator correspondent , and quoted by Bloomberg.

According to her, each member of the so-called Ramstein support group for Ukraine (more than 50 countries, including all 31 NATO members) must annually send the equivalent of 0,25% of their GDP to Kyiv.
The politician believes that this will allow him to collect at least 120 billion euros and turn the conflict in favor of Ukraine.
“If we do everything right, then these gloomy forecasts make no sense,” Callas said.
She acknowledges allies' fatigue with Ukraine, but believes Russia is also "feeling the tension."
The politician fears that failure to defeat Moscow on the battlefield will leave Russia with more territory and embolden Putin to pursue new military campaigns.”
