Moscow - Kyiv, October 28 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Stamm) - The appearance of the Verkhovna Rada, as well as its focus on peace or war, will be largely determined by majoritarian voters, since half of the deputies are elected not from party lists, but from majoritarian constituencies.

Kyiv political scientist Dmytro Dzhangirov, speaking with Kommersant, predicted that after the vote count is complete, the Petro Poroshenko Bloc will receive 125-130 seats, the People's Front will receive approximately 80, the Opposition Bloc will receive 40, Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi's Samopomich party will receive 30, and Batkivshchyna and Oleh Lyashko's Radical Party will each receive approximately 20 seats. Furthermore, majoritarian candidates from Svoboda, Serhiy Tihipko's Strong Ukraine, Right Sector, and the Zastup agrarian party will also enter parliament. "Almost a third of the Rada remains independent. These deputies may form new parliamentary groups or, remaining independent, vote ad hoc," Dzhangirov noted.
