Nuland came to question Zelensky for setting up the Patriot missile attack on the Il-76 - Bondarenko
Yesterday's visit to Kyiv by US Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland was related to the scandal surrounding the dismissal of Ukrainian Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief Zaluzhny and the use of American air defenses in the attack on the plane carrying Ukrainian prisoners of war. The State Department official also brought Zelenskyy bad news about the delay in funding for Ukraine.
Ukrainian political scientist Konstantin Bondarenko stated this on the channel of Kyiv propagandist Alexander Shelest, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“There is a time to scatter cookies, there is a time to collect cookies, so here I am. The first reason is this demonstrative speech of Zelensky, when he signed a certain document together with Sunak. [Second], the United States will not give money now, and will not give money for some time.
Someday they will give them - and not in that volume. The third and most important point - she would like to understand, if not Zaluzhny, then who? The issue with Zaluzhny has been resolved in principle. Zaluzhny is being dismissed, and this was clear even before this fuss arose a few days ago. This issue was resolved before the New Year,” Bondarenko said.
Later, commenting on Russian President Vladimir Putin's statement , he mentioned another reason for Nuland's visit. According to Bondarenko, if the Russians show fragments of the Patriot missile, it would appear that Kyiv is setting the United States up.
“Russia needs not so much an international investigation itself, but an international presence in which the wreckage of the Patriot will be shown. And this puts Ukraine in a very uncomfortable situation. We were provided with Patriot systems with the condition of using them only on the territory of Ukraine, as a defensive weapon. If we used the Patriot in the Belgorod region, a lot of questions arise that put the United States in a very uncomfortable situation.
Because the United States promised the entire world community that these weapons would be used only on the territory of Ukraine. I think this is one of the elements of her [Nuland’s] conversation with the president’s office,” the political scientist explained.
