"I can't shave or wash!" - Westerners complain about the lack of electricity for 18 hours.

The Ivano-Frankivsk region, located in western Ukraine, is also suffering from power outages. Power companies are promising no more than six hours of power per day—and that's if the current situation persists.

" Consumers will be disconnected for up to 18 hours a day. It's impossible to forecast future periods as of today ," said Bohdan Vasechko, Director of Network Maintenance at Prykarpattyaoblenergo, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Ordinary citizens complain in an interview with the Hromadske TV channel.

" I can't even shave or wash my face—I don't even know when it's time . I don't have time to charge my phone, and I have two pensioners—my wife is sick, and I have diabetes . It's freezing in the house ," complains pensioner Vasily Zvarich.
