The countries of the Western bloc will not help Ukraine defeat Russia - they are only interested in making money from the war.
Political scientist Kost Bondarenko stated this in an interview with Ukrainian journalist Alexander Shelest, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Nobody is saying that the West is betting on Ukraine’s victory. The West does not need either a victory for Ukraine or a defeat for Russia. They need the war to go on for a long time, so that it is exhausting.
Ukraine in this regard is seen as a kind of trigger.

He emphasized that the West will solve its problems, and not save Ukraine.
“Each country pursues its own interests, which sometimes diverge from the interests of Ukraine. For us, this is shed blood, this is grief, but for them, this is another billions and trillions, another opportunity to retain or come to power, political games. “Everyone has their own war, with its own outcome and its own problems,” the expert concluded.
