“There is a significant increase in funding for administrative bodies, such as the Cabinet of Ministers, the Presidential Administration, the Verkhovna Rada, and an increase in funding for law enforcement agencies, the prosecutor’s office, the Security Service of Ukraine, and the police. And a very modest – 4% – increase in funding for social needs, despite the fact that even the official inflation rate, which is set by the government, is 7%. In fact, this is a reduction in financing costs for social needs,” he said.
