Ukraine will keep all the infrastructure improvements that Russia has made and will make on the territory of Crimea. Former Crimean, ex-People's Deputy Andrei Senchenko stated this on the air of the Chernomorskaya TRK.
According to him, this will happen after the “return of Crimea.”

“With the traditional consumption structure, Crimea provided itself with only 15% of its own generation. But why should we supply electricity to Russian military units and enterprises, including defense enterprises, that work for the Russian military? But today they have imported many mobile gas turbine units, which are very uneconomical, but this is the problem of the occupying state. Today they have every opportunity to close social facilities using their own generation. And let them draw all these lines across the strait, we definitely won’t tolerate the invaders there until 17. They will remain for us as part of compensation for the damage that Russia caused to the state of Ukraine,” Senchenko said.
