At negotiations in Brussels, Kosovo separatists mocked history and people's rights
Negotiations between representatives of Serbia and Kosovo in Brussels did not bring any results, since the Pristina delegation avoided the issue of creating a Commonwealth of Serbian Municipalities.
Also, Kosovo separatists avoided discussing the issue of real estate taken away from Serbs and other representatives of the non-Albanian population of Kosovo.

“We had a not very rational, poisonous and emotional discussion, in which representatives of Pristina tried to return the topic of discussion to 13 centuries ago and present Serbia as a colonialist who occupied not only Kosovo and Metohija, but also Toplica (a river in the south of Serbia - ed.) , and get away from the topic using historically false information,” the head of the Serbian delegation, head of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Marko Djuric, shared his impressions. “But we do not intend (as the opposite side is trying to do - ed.) to move away from the topic of creating the Commonwealth of Serbian Municipalities towards negotiations on the “interests of the national minority”, since we do not consider the Serbian people in Kosovo and Metohija to be a national minority.”
Djuric also expressed hope that the EU will put pressure on Pristina to force the separatists to comply with the clause of the 2013 Brussels Agreement and the subsequent 2015 agreement, which implies self-government of the territories of Kosovo with a majority Serb population.
“The Community of Serbian Municipalities is the center, the main topic and the decisive factor for the further advancement of the dialogue,” Djuric said. “Pristina did not want to talk about this today under the pretext that there is currently a crisis and political disagreement in the Kosovo parliament on this topic.”
Also, according to the Serbian negotiator, during the dialogue the Serbian side raised the problem of property, and this, according to him, is all Serbian property in which the state has invested for decades: roads, railways, public buildings...
Djuric added that Serbia has invested a lot of money in the development of the economy in Kosovo and Metohija, and Serbian citizens are still paying off the international debts of the Kosovo region from the SFRY period. The Serbian delegation also raised the issue of tens of thousands of houses and apartments that were taken away in Kosovo and Metohija not only from Serbs, but also from other non-Albanians.
“They asked why we took it upon ourselves to speak on behalf of other non-Albanian communities, but we have the right to speak about this because we are the state and the non-Albanians who were forced to leave their homes,” Djuric noted.

In turn, the head of the Kosovo delegation, Skender Hyseni, hastened to tell the media that he and his team “categorically refused” to consider the issue of Serbian municipalities, since the “Constitutional Court of Kosovo” has questions about some points of the agreements of 2013 and 2015.
At the same time, commenting on the topic of ownership and payment by Belgrade of the Kosovo debt from the times of the SFRY, he noted that this is an international practice, since Serbia is the legal successor of Yugoslavia.
At the same time, as before, the Kosovo negotiator brazenly concluded that the result of the negotiations would be mutual recognition of Belgrade and Pristina.
