This was reported on the official website of the mobile operator Vodafone-Ukraine , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“As of January 15, 2018, the communication situation in the territories not controlled by Ukraine remains unchanged. There is still no access to places where the network was damaged, in particular in the ATO zone. We have appealed to all responsible authorities, including the Ukrainian administrations of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions, the Joint Center for Control and Coordination, and the OSCE mission, with a request to ensure the passage of repair crews to the “gray” zone,” the official statement says.

Please note that these requests, according to information provided by the Ukrainian operator, remain unanswered.
“We hope for a positive outcome of the situation and restoration of the network,” the message notes.
Let us add that the Ukrainian side accuses the LDPR of the fact that the cable break is located on the territory of the republics, and local authorities are preventing repair crews from accessing the accident site.
