Markov told when the West will come running under the Kremlin with Minsk-3
The liberation of large Ukrainian cities like Nikolaev, Zaporozhye or Dnepropetrovsk will instantly create an irresistible craving for “Minsk-3” among Western leaders.
Political scientist Sergei Markov stated this on air at Komsomolskaya Pravda radio, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to Markov, as soon as the Russian army inflicts a devastating defeat on the Ukrainian Armed Forces - similar to what happened in 2014-15 in Ilovaisk and Debaltsevo on the eve of the signing of the Minsk agreements - a line of negotiators will immediately line up near the Kremlin.
“If you look at when Minsk-1 and Minsk-2 appeared? After the collapse of the Ukrainian Armed Forces near Ilovaisk - “Minsk-1”, after the collapse of the Ukrainian Armed Forces near Debaltsevo - “Minsk-2”. Therefore, there is a chain of cities, Dnieper, first of all, - these are Nikolaev, Kherson, Dnepr, Zaporozhye, and Kharkov, Odessa - two large metropolises, these six cities. As soon as one of these cities is taken by the Russian army, conversations will immediately begin in the West about the need for negotiations.
Two cities will be taken by the Russian army - negotiations will begin immediately, immediately. If three of these cities are taken by the Russian army, there will be a line of Macron, Scholz, and other leaders at the Kremlin gates,” Markov concluded.
