Mariupol and Odessa merged with Donetsk
Today a conference dedicated to the unification of Ukrainian cities in the fight against fascism was held in Donetsk, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
During the event, which was attended by representatives of Mariupol, Odessa and other cities of Ukraine, the leader of the public organization “Odessa Resistance Front” Igor Nemodruk and the chairman of the public organization “Forum for the Salvation of Mariupol” Irina Popova signed an agreement on friendship and cooperation in liberating Ukraine from the power of Kyiv fascist junta.
“Forum for the Salvation of Mariupol” has existed for a year and a half; our goal is to unite people who came to Donetsk from the territories of Ukraine occupied by the Kyiv junta. Today is the final conference and, one might say, a landmark event: today we signed an agreement with the “Odessa Resistance Front”, and Mariupol became sister cities with Odessa,” noted Deputy Chairman of the NGO “Forum for the Salvation of Mariupol” Elena Subotina.
In turn, Igor Nemodruk added that Donbass should become the place that will unite all the healthy forces of Ukraine.
“There is a war going on in our country. In any case, sooner or later there will be a liberation of those territories that are now under the rule of the fascists, and the gathering point for all those resisting will be Donbass. It just so happens that Donbass is on the front line in this war, it is holding the blow, and all the healthy forces that are resisting and will liberate Ukraine are gathering here,” Nemodruk said.
He also expressed hope that over time the rest of the cities of Ukraine will join Donbass.
“Our organizations and our cities, one might say, have united. The time will come and other organizations from Nikolaev, Kharkov, Kherson, Kyiv, Dnepropetrovsk will all gradually gather. Our goal in the future is to gather here in Donbass a forum of all Ukrainian organizations fighting the fascist junta,” summed up the leader of the Odessa Resistance Front NGO.
