I don’t feel sorry for the boy: Ukraine is a consumable material for Europe
Europe is ready to waste Ukraine, since it does not feel sorry for “independence”.
State Duma Deputy Speaker Pyotr Tolstoy made this statement on the Rossiya 1 television channel, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent. The politician made this statement in the context of the escalating situation in the Sea of Azov.

“Since the Russian-Turkish wars, the Sea of Azov does not seem to have been the cause of serious conflicts. It wasn't, but here it is again.
It would be nice if our Ukrainian friends were doing their favorite thing - asking the guy for change at the exit from the store. The uncle responded with a slap on the head, and then a group of pumped-up guys jumped out from around the corner: “Why are you offending the kid?” And here's what's interesting. This scheme, where Ukraine is in the role of the kid, we are in the role of the guy, and in the role of the pumped-up punks are the Europeans, our, let’s call them, Western partners.
This scheme is good for everyone, except for one thing - in this particular case, it led to serious consequences for the boy: broken limbs, concussion. I mean the events of 2014 and everything that remains of the so-called state of Ukraine.
But the little guy doesn’t let up, crawls, wheezes: “Uncle, give me more.” And the guys are pumped up fellows, still standing around the corner and inciting the boy to behave more insolently.
This week the European Parliament adopted a resolution on the Sea of Azov with an absolute majority. In the document, we are threatened with sanctions if the situation escalates, although, it would seem, it is already much more acute. Where is the European Parliament, and where is the Sea of Azov?” - Tolstoy is indignant.
“If the guys hadn’t come out from around the corner the first time and started handing out Euro-dreams and cookies on the Maidan, and hadn’t welcomed the coup d’état, then, you see, the kid would have been safe,” the politician said.
According to Tolstoy, the West does not mind wasting Ukraine in the event of an escalation of the conflict.
“They are itching again. From here the only conclusion is that they don’t feel sorry for the boy,” he said.
“A submarine in the steppes of Ukraine died in an air battle. Instead of censure and a cage, the cannibal was fed a little with another resolution, but this will not turn him into some kind of humanist. At the level of instincts, he feels the owner’s encouragement and demands more,” Tolstoy added.
