According to Lutsenko, there are about 400 people in the building of the Donetsk Regional State Administration. “At least a third of them are police officers. Another hundred are drug addicts, which they themselves do not hide, and 200 are normal people,” the politician said.
“They still use the phrases “federalization”, “decentralization”, but they are already saying “within the framework of a united Ukraine,” assured Lutsenko.
According to him, today the Ukrainian authorities should release leaders of the Donetsk Republic like Pavel Gubarev from pre-trial detention centers under house arrest and, if they demonstrate the absence of provocations during the May holidays, they may be subject to an amnesty.
However, according to Lutsenko, “special forces force is needed in Slavyansk and similar terrorist nests.”
