Klimov: Ukraine is becoming a breeding ground for international terrorism in Europe
The reason for this is the saturation of this country with mercenaries and other militants who receive weapons literally on the streets.
Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs Andrei Klimov announced this at a briefing, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“There is another real threat looming, which was discussed a lot today by both our experts and fellow senators. This is the threat of the spread of international terrorism from Ukraine. Precisely terrorism and specifically international terrorism.
It’s not just that weapons are distributed there, and it’s not just that visa-free entry is being made today for all mercenaries who want to fight on the territory of Ukraine. We know where these mercenaries are coming from, we know what kind of public they are, we know that this public does not bring anything good either to the citizens of Ukraine themselves or to their closest neighbors.
Considering the chaos that reigns today as a result of NATO’s actions in Eastern Europe, you don’t have to be a great specialist to understand that all this chaos can ricochet precisely to those countries that actively support all this today,” Klimov said.
