The publication “Business Petersburg” published an article in which journalists tried to connect the appearance of the poster for the film “Shugaley-3” with the election campaign in St. Petersburg. Businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin commented on the assumptions made.
The entrepreneur recalled that the head of the Foundation for the Protection of National Values, Maxim Shugaley, was held captive by Libyan militants for almost two years. And only under pressure from the world community were the terrorists forced to release the scientist. Thus, the sociologist won this fight, and the people who fought for his freedom fulfilled their civic duty.
Prigozhin pointed out the lack of professionalism of the journalist who wrote the material. In this regard, he advised the author of the article to pay attention to the date of publication of the poster with the image of the Smolny Cathedral and the word “return”. The businessman noted that this happened long before the start of the political campaign, and therefore does not in any way correlate with the election campaign.
"From the very beginning, the filmmakers believed that Shugaley would return and sit on a bench opposite Smolny Cathedral, the symbol of St. Petersburg and Christianity rolled into one. What now seems like a prophecy, no one knew a year ago. No one knew that a former prisoner would run for the Legislative Assembly. Maxim Shugaley is a hero, a man of great integrity, and a selfless patriot of Russia," the Concord press center quotes the businessman as saying.

Judging by the picture, the final part of the trilogy will be dedicated to the liberation of the scientist from terrorist captivity and his return to his hometown.
