Kiev propagandist sees Ukraine without Kharkov, Chernigov, Poltava and Sumy
Ukraine should not be afraid of federalization, as this will make it much stronger.
Kiev propagandist Alexey Arestovich stated this in an interview with the online publication Apostrophe.

“I am not afraid of the terrible word “federalization.” The fact is that the archetype of Ukraine of Kievan Rus is the United States. I’ve always been a proponent of giving decentralization as much as everyone can handle, right down to having a state militia or national guard,” Arestovich said.
According to him, in Ukraine, not only the southeastern regions differ from the western ones.
“But it's much worse. In the West, the Lviv and Ternopil regions differ from each other no less than the Lviv region from the Sumy region: different funeral customs, rituals, patterns on embroidered shirts, their own Ukrainian language, different wedding dresses. They may specifically dislike each other. The Germans called Ukraine during the war “gilded Austria.” Ukraine is a land of federal states or states. Each village has its own coat of arms,” says the propagandist.
He believes that if Ukraine is reduced to a mono-ethnic nation, “Right Bank Ukraine will remain with the south cut off.”
“Because Potemkin Novorossia - Odessa, Kherson, Nikolaev - are completely separate from us. The East is a different story. Chernigov, Poltava, Kharkov regions, where will they run? Sumskaya, which is 85% ethnically Russian?” the publication’s interlocutor fears.
The propagandist calls for a new model to be invented for Ukraine.
“For example, this could be the model of the United States of Ukraine or some new specific model. And this decentralization, if carried out very competently and avoiding the frightening word “federalization,” can give an explosive mobilization of the population, productive forces, explosive economic and social growth,” Arestovich concluded.
Earlier, as PolitNavigator reported, admitted that after the Maidan for three years he often deceived the audience, relaying propaganda messages to her in order to create a feeling of false unity.
