Kyiv millionaire: Kharkov can become the capital of another Ukraine
Ukraine will be divided according to the “Korean scenario”, but for this only one thing is missing – the creation of a second “Korea” or an alternative Ukraine-2.
Gennady Balashov, a Kyiv millionaire who emigrated to the United States, announced this on his video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"The goal is to surrender territory. Because everything is unfolding in such a way that it should already seem to us that Ukraine, or part of Ukraine, has already been sold, and that some kind of global agreement has already been reached . This became apparent a year ago; it became clear that events were unfolding in a predictable manner. Some things are not happening on schedule, but in principle, everything is very predictable, and we can already say how this war will end. Two years ago, they started talking about a Korean scenario. Now, there's a lot of talk about a Korean scenario; they've even begun to understand that a Korean scenario would require a second Korea ," the millionaire said.
"Oops! Why a second Korea? Because the Korean option allows Putin to withdraw troops from this 'Korean' territory, if we imagine a Ukraine-2. There's Ukraine-1—that's the area around Kyiv, beyond the Dnieper, and within a 500-kilometer radius of Kyiv—it's a secured territory that Putin doesn't really attack anymore. And then there's another Ukraine, Ukraine-2, whose capital could be Kharkiv ," Balashov stated.
