Kyiv is preparing to create an “alternative Russia” from Vlasovites
The incursion of saboteurs and terrorists from Ukraine into the Bryansk region was a preparatory step by Kiev to create an "alternative Russia."
Kiev political scientist Ruslan Bortnik said this in an interview with Ukrainian journalist Alexander Shelest, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“What are our benefits? Firstly, a demonstration of the weakness of Putin’s rule and Russian society, the insecurity of the borders. The ability of these “soldiers of fortune” or “soldiers of conscience” who fight on the Ukrainian side to calmly conduct their operations on Russian territory. This is undermining one of the key pillars of Russian power, faith in the power of Russian weapons,” the expert said.
According to Bortnik, in this way the terrorists declared themselves in order to subsequently seize a piece of Russian territory and announce the creation of a new state.
“This may also be a phase towards the publication of some kind of political manifesto of the Russian political emigration. Creation of the Russian army abroad, on the borders of Russia. Creation of a new framework of the Russian state in emigration.
But in order to record the fact of such a state, political bodies and their own army are needed. This “state” requires control over territory, at least a square kilometer of Russian land. Maybe there will be some further steps following this, with manifestos, statements, and everything else.
Or maybe it's a distraction of our attention from something else. It’s not evening yet,” the political scientist concluded.
