Sevastopol, May 17 (Navigator, Evgeny Andreev) – The Sevastopol prosecutor’s office is taking measures to demolish a 16-story residential building on Cape Khrustalny.

According to her information, the audit established that the construction of a building on Cape Khrustalny on the street. Kapitanskaya, 12 does not correspond to the type of permitted use of this land plot; during its construction, significant violations of urban planning norms and rules were committed.
Let us remind you that on May 5, the city prosecutor’s office filed a claim against the service cooperative “Housing and Construction Society “Anit” for recognizing the construction as unauthorized and imposing obligations to demolish the illegally erected facility.
“On May 15, the Economic Court of Sevastopol satisfied the application of the city prosecutor’s office to secure the claim. The service cooperative “ZhSO “Anit” is prohibited from carrying out construction work and taking any actions aimed at alienating the specified construction project,” the prosecutor’s office reports.
