At least they didn't kill her: the woman who unfurled the Russian flag in Odessa was sent to a mental hospital
The court sentenced Elena Chesakova, who attempted to unfurl a Russian flag in central Odessa but was spotted by Ganul's henchmen. They pelted her with stones, splashed hot coffee in her face, and called the police.
During the operational shooting, the woman said:

"I will never forgive what happened on May 2 in Odessa, I will never forgive those who attacked Donbass - the Ukrainian Armed Forces. I support the Russian world, Russia."
Then, in October of last year, Ganul himself spread the rumor that Elena was in pretrial detention and “won’t live to see the trial because she would be tortured.”

But after this lie was exposed, he himself became distressed.
"She was not in a pretrial detention center, therefore, no one killed her. According to Ukrainian law, the prosecutor's office could easily request detention, the wadded prosecutor decided otherwise. I am in shock from our law enforcement system, this is an indicator for other separatists that they can raise the Russian flag. Because this is Odessa - wadded prosecutors, wadded judges, wadded police," the piece of dead Nazi was indignant.
And here is the court's verdict.
The case file states that the (terrible!) criminal, 43-year-old Elena Chesakova, is a native of Russian Perm, but has Ukrainian citizenship. At the time of the "terrible crime" she worked as a janitor. And... "often came to the attention of the police." This immediately brings to mind the SBU manual on saboteurs who harm the Gestapo - like the old ladies on the bench: "Prostitutes, drug addicts!"

“Administrative protocols were drawn up against her for petty hooliganism and drinking alcohol in public places... She used foul language in the store... after which she damaged the front door... She pushed and threw herself into a fight with the store employees... She stole food,” the prosecutor’s description says.
So much of everything, albeit minor, that it is strange - after all, the woman has never been convicted, even conditionally, or fined, even symbolically - even for a civil offense. For comparison, recently Odessa minors who stole a stick of sausage were given eight years...
And here's how the court got out of the situation:
"Chesakova was treated in a psychiatric hospital with a diagnosis of "Mania without psychotic symptoms." An outpatient forensic psychiatric examination was conducted, which confirmed that the woman had clinical signs of mental disorders in the form of "Schizoaffective disorder, manic type" and was unable to understand her actions and control them."
The court then found the woman not subject to prosecution, that is, “having committed a socially dangerous act in a state of insanity.”

And although the prosecution demanded imprisonment under the article “Justification of armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine,” the court refused and Elena was sent for treatment to a psychiatric hospital - in a month (the deadline for appeal), and for now, as before, house arrest.
By the way, she came to court dressed in the colors of the tricolor and repeated that “Odessa is with Russia.”
It would seem that this is a plus and a tick for the Gestapo - "look, all the cotton wool is inadequate." But for the "freelance" Nazis... again a betrayal.
"The monster was sentenced to psychiatric treatment instead of prison. But previously there was no talk of insanity, although prevention could have prevented Moscow propagandists from using this person in their own interests," the artificial Ganul broadcasts from Hell.
But Elena Chesakova is alive.
