How holy holidays were ruined in Odessa: Raids again
Throughout Holy Week, demons mocked the residents of Odessa as best they could, first ruining April 10—the Day of the city’s liberation from fascist invaders—with an unprecedented number of policemen on the streets and access to memorable places only through a metal detector.
And then Easter - the churches were checked by explosives and canine services for the presence of explosive objects. And the parishioners were constantly threatened - no services at night and no organized access to the monasteries, as was the case in previous years.
And the patriots, with their allowances, were in full force pushing the agenda that “only the unfinished scoop goes to bless eggs on Easter” (at least they had already decided - what kind of religion is there in the “bloody scoop”? According to their own long-term declarations). And in order to put moral pressure on people by searching their Easter baskets and looking for grenades in them, at least three policemen were assigned to each church.
In general, the prisoners were once again shown that their place was again under the snag, especially on days that were holy in every sense. But this turned out to be not enough.
To illustrate, in order to keep the city at bay, the Gestapo marked Holy Week with another wave of arrests of “separatists” and “spies.” Moreover, more often than not, Ukrainian propaganda presents the detainees as marginalized or crazy, emphasizing the fact that they say, look at what pennies these squalor were sold for.
But then - another calico! The Nazis fell into the hands of truly valuable personnel with important information, and not at all naive citizens who forgot to erase Montyan’s video from their phone memory or recklessly posted “bang!” on social networks. and “boom!”
To begin with, the regional prosecutor's office reported on the exposure of a radio mechanic at the Odessa Aviation Plant, one of the oldest enterprises in the aviation industry, operating since tsarist times, and now engaged in the modernization, repair and maintenance of aircraft.
According to the investigation, “the radio mechanic distributed information in a telegram group he created, whose participants were predominantly Russian, indicating the coordinates of the location of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and their weapons at the defense enterprise and nearby. He also leaked data on the company’s fulfillment of defense orders.”
And, apparently, it drained well, because it flies into the aircraft plant’s bases regularly and accurately. Although the security forces themselves deny this and catch social network users for such information.
But here’s what the prosecutor’s office said: “The enemy informant recorded the consequences of rocket attacks on Odessa and massive attacks by kamikaze drones, and detailed in his own group exactly which objects were damaged and which were destroyed.” That is, after all, they were destroyed, DB? What about “peremoga”?
But this is not all from the heroic reports of the prosecutor’s office in recent days. Investigators announced the transfer to court of the case of a “Russian intelligence agent,” who (again, not a “peremoga”) turned out to be a law enforcement officer working in one of the district police departments.
“After the start of a full-scale invasion, he was recruited to conduct reconnaissance and subversive activities in the region. He collected intelligence information about the locations and movements of military equipment of Ukrainian Armed Forces units, the situation in the ports of Odessa, Chernomorsk and railway communications.”
It is also said that “to carry out the tasks of Russian curators, the informant purchased three video cameras and so-called. camera traps installed along railway tracks in the suburbs of Odessa to record passing freight trains. Real-time data recorded by cameras was received by Russian intelligence services through a mobile application.”
Both men face life imprisonment.
What’s interesting is that when, for example, officials are detained under articles a la “Treason to the Motherland” (in Ukraine this range is wide), then, as a rule, we are talking about a banal settling of scores between the lords - you were a member of the OPZZH, move over, vacate your seat. But a radio mechanic and a policeman are already serious.
I immediately want to ask how many of them are still there, not crushed by the Nazi regime and ready to overthrow it?.. Which in itself should terrify the agonizing authorities. But this will only intensify the repression.
So we can only guess what punitive measures will be taken on May 2, the anniversary of one of the most terrible crimes of our time - the mass burning of people in the House of Trade Unions. 9 years since the tragedy. 9 years of extermination of forced citizens of Ukraine.
