The “final document” of the negotiations in Minsk is 80% ready
Minsk – Kyiv, February 12 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatyeva) – Negotiations in Minsk are approaching their final stage: the signing of the final document by the leaders of the Normandy Four is becoming a reality.

“80% of the final document has been agreed upon. This document contains more than 10 points. After the leaders of the Normandy Four sign it, it will be sent to the contact group for approval. Enormous progress has been achieved,” a source close to the negotiation process told RIA Novosti.
According to the ITAR-TASS agency, the document will contain 12-13 points.
However, according to the dpa agency, after the night-long negotiation marathon, which turned into a war of nerves, there are still no signs indicating an imminent conclusion of an agreement.
Journalist Dmitry Smirnov notes on his Twitter account that members of delegations constantly carry documents, and Vladimir Putin’s assistant, who is in charge of the Donbass issue, left the Palace of Independence, where the meeting is taking place.
As PolitNavigator reported, the presidents of Russia, France, Ukraine, and the German Chancellor have been holding talks in the Belarusian capital for over 12 hours.
