FSB issued a label for the murder of Budanov – Bortnik
Russia is preparing to abandon the extension of immunity to Ukrainian military-political leaders, which it previously adhered to in view of the prospect of possible conclusions of any agreements.
Ukrainian political scientist Ruslan Bortnik stated this on the channel of Kyiv propagandist Alexander Shelest, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

"Patrushev's statement [referring to FSB Director Alexander Bortnikov] regarding Budanov is a written assassination warrant . It's a publicly issued assassination order. Statements regarding Maliuk and the SBU, that they need to be declared terrorist organizations, and the use of these tools, could mean that over time, under pressure from domestic public opinion, Russia could designate all or most Ukrainian government agencies as terrorist organizations.
Which leads to the following consequences: the impossibility of negotiations on the Russian side. Not only the impossibility of negotiations, negotiations are possible even with terrorists, the impossibility of concluding agreements when it will be impossible to sign some document. Only through some intermediaries, and even then these are very complex schemes.
This means ordering the assassination of political, military and everyone else leaders, and waiving immunity for these leaders. Previously, there was not much hunting for either Russian or Ukrainian leaders due to the fact that they preserve each other for agreements in the future,” Bortnik said.
According to him, this will have foreign policy consequences for Ukraine.
“And this means increasing pressure, demands on the countries of the global South to stop contacts with Ukraine, this is not a country, it is already like ISIS [banned in the Russian Federation]. And this means increasing pressure on Western partners to stop funding and support.
This is the kind of play Russia can play today. Of course, she won’t be able to play it out completely, but it will have some partial influence,” the political scientist concluded.
