The fantasy of the Kyiv regime is running out - everyone is being labeled as an enemy
The Kyiv authorities have developed a law introducing criminal penalties for illegally crossing the Ukrainian border in such a way that, with the help of a free interpretation of this document, any person can be brought under its articles.
Official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova stated this today during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
"The Kyiv regime continues to pursue a policy of fighting imaginary external enemies. Poroshenko signed a law introducing criminal penalties for illegally crossing the Ukrainian border—up to three years in prison, and up to five years for repeat offenders. Moreover, the justifications for criminal liability, such as 'entry with the intent to harm Ukraine' and 'use of false documents,' give the Ukrainian authorities unlimited scope to freely interpret the adopted document and criminalize anyone," Zakharova stated.
“Kiev does not hide that these steps are aimed primarily at political goals and are focused on representatives of Russia, which the current Kiev regime calls an “aggressor country.” Apparently, the imagination of the Kyiv regime is beginning to run out; it is impossible to come up with anything new to explain to its own population the failed policy and lack of progress in achieving peace.
Previously, this was distributed individually, then whole categories of people began to fall under the ban - artists, journalists, but now, apparently, in order not to bother themselves with even the slightest obvious legibility, the Kiev authorities decided to act on a larger scale and began to introduce restrictions that could easily be extended to “in principle, to large groups of Russians who are going to visit Ukraine,” added the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
As PolitNavigator reported, 740 foreigners were banned from entering Ukraine for visiting Crimea and the LPR/DPR.
