“Europe is assembling a new “Drang nach Osten” to Russia”
The events in the Kiev suburb of Vorzel, where people in Nazi uniforms stood as an "honor guard" at the mass grave of Red Army soldiers, are natural and logical.

“The sacrilege that occurred in Vorzel is natural and logical. This is a standard model for the transformation of any “decommunized country” in the post-Soviet space - at first Victory Day is called something else, Remembrance Day or Reconciliation Day. Then an equal sign is placed between the USSR and the Third Reich and Soviet war monuments are demolished.
Then, the former victorious country becomes a “victim from the communist regime” and joins the friendly anti-Soviet-anti-Russian camp, which, most likely, is again preparing another “Drang nach Osten”. They think it's time. The time has come - every century, Europe collects a new “Drang nach Osten” in Russia. Only now can Ukraine participate in it. The honor is dubious, and I don’t even want to think about the consequences,” the journalist writes.
