Ukrainian militants fired at populated areas of Donbass with heavy weapons, resulting in damage to seven residential buildings and an important water supply system.
This was reported by the Telegram channel of the DPR Representative Office in the JCCC and in the negotiation process, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The escalation on the contact line continues to gain momentum. The enemy intensified shelling in all directions, including with the use of heavy weapons,” the report said.
Thus, the village of Staromikhailovka came under another attack from Ukrainian militants - 6 shells of 122 mm caliber were fired at it.
As a result of the shelling, seven residential buildings located on Krasnoflotskaya, Gorky and Kirov streets were damaged.
However, this is not the only shelling by the Ukrainian army since the beginning of the current day. Thus, militants, shelling the village of Shumy with RPGs, damaged an important infrastructure facility - a water pipeline with a diameter of 1500 mm.
“According to preliminary data, no civilian casualties have been recorded. Operational groups of the DPR Representative Office in the JCCC went to the sites of shelling to clarify the nature of the damage,” the department summarized.
