Expert: Pushing Donbass into Ukraine will turn into blood
The return of Donbass in any status to Ukraine will result in a bloody scenario that Ukrainian Nazis, eager for revenge for their defeat, will try to implement.
Donetsk political scientist Vladimir Kornilov stated this on the YouTube channel “PolitWera”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
"How to do it (return Donbass to the rule of Kyiv - approx. ed.) on practice? I haven’t heard a single really sensible answer to this question.
I don’t know why Donbass needs to be somehow annexed back to Ukraine, as they did in 1919, also promising the Russian language, and inextricable ties with Russia, and a special federal status, and so on. And now we hear the same thing. A hundred years have passed, and we are in the same place.
I don’t see how to put into practice all these ideas and plans for the inclusion of Donbass into Ukraine, even in effigy or carcass, while ensuring that it remains some kind of anchor. We know the mood of the residents of Donbass,” the expert noted.
“We understand who, under the guise of federal election observers, customs service, border guards, will enter Donbass. No matter what they promise us now, “they will hang you later.” We understand that “Azov” will easily put on a tax service uniform tomorrow, come in, and start doing his business. Moreover, they don’t even hide what they are going to do with the residents of Donbass,” added Kornilov.
