Slavyansk, October 26 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – Former mayor of Slavyansk Nelya Shtepa cast her vote at a special section in the Kharkov pre-trial detention center.

She came to the polls in a smart white dress, thin light-colored tights and low wedge boots. The woman has noticeably lost weight, but has done her makeup and hair, reports the website vgorode.ua.
Shtyopa approached the commission, signed for the ballots and, smiling, went into the voting booth. Coming out of the voting booth, Shtyopa continued to smile. The ex-mayor of Slavyansk refused to answer questions from journalists regarding her well-being.
In total, 1500 prisoners vote in the Kharkov pre-trial detention center. On the occasion of the elections, today they will have a festive dinner - pies will be baked in a Russian oven.
As PolitNavigator reported, today Ukrainians are voting for deputies to the Verkhovna Rada. Polling stations have not opened in 15 districts in Donbass.
