Former head of Ukrainian foreign intelligence: “The country was distributed by mafia structures”
Ukraine has slipped into the “90s” - its own criminals and their “colleagues” from neighboring countries are returning to the country. And the situation is aggravated by armed “volunteers” who are often participants in crimes.

The former head of the Foreign Intelligence Service, Nikolai Malomuzh, stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Crime is raising its head. Bandits in law come from Russia and Georgia, their own return and a criminal community is formed. Today, Ukraine is practically divided by mafia structures that actually rob, kill, conduct special operations, raiding, protect some structures, but carry out operations against others, kill businessmen. That is, the 90s are returning to some extent. But another very important factor is that today there is a war, we have armed military formations that often join in raiding and murder,” Malomuzh said.
