The former head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry called on the West to divide Russia into 10 “countries”
The West can confidently "break up Russia" because it's more profitable to trade with ten "capitals" than with one. Former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Volodymyr Ohryzko stated this on the Espresso TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to the retired diplomat, the success of this strategy was demonstrated by the collapse of the Soviet Union.

“It turned out that both the United States and key countries of Western Europe now trade with the countries of the post-Soviet space much more than they did then... In fact, the argument is that we need one point in Russia, one capital, because without this we cannot trade , and it will be smaller and worse, it doesn't work.
In fact, if instead of one point there are 7,8,9,10, then, believe me, trade will develop no less. Therefore, we need to convey this argument clearly and clearly: do not be afraid.
Well, there was the Soviet Union, but it’s gone – did something globally dangerous happen? No, it didn't happen. And in this case, nothing will happen - well, instead of one country there will be ten countries, you will continue to trade - no problem,” Ogryzko said.
