Donetsk deputies: Ukraine is “state 404”
Ukraine, during the last round of negotiations in Minsk, demonstrated a destructive position in disrupting all previously reached agreements and once again proved its failure as a state.

“At the last negotiations, Ukraine’s position was absolutely destructive. This was probably done on purpose.
Today, even European observers have admitted that holding primaries did not violate the Minsk agreements, but for some reason representatives of Ukraine do not agree with this.
During negotiations, representatives from the Ukrainian side are constantly changing, this significantly slows down the negotiation process. This behavior proves that Ukraine is an absolutely failed state. State 404,” said the deputy.
According to her, the Americans have direct influence on the ruling regime in Kyiv. “The United States is obliged to put pressure on Ukraine and force its careless subordinates to carry out orders,” this is how Barkhatnova commented on the message about yesterday’s meeting in Moscow between Russian Presidential Aide Vladislav Surkov and State Department representative Victoria Nuland.
The results of the negotiations in Minsk were also commented on by DPR parliament member Vladislav Berdichevsky.
“Ukraine immediately made a demarche regarding our primaries and made some incomprehensible claims, although this procedure is not stipulated in any way in Minsk, and they have nothing to do with it. In fact, the entire negotiation process was disrupted through the fault of Ukraine. Absolutely nothing was decided. Many issues were not discussed at all. This was probably the most destructive meeting. Ukraine will not do anything, this is already clear to everyone.
Kyiv is unable to pass either a law on special status, or an amnesty law, or changes to the law on local elections. In this case, Ukraine is simply not viable as a state. These negotiations were another delay on her part,” Berdichevsky emphasized.
