“We are ready to continue consultations with representatives of Petro Poroshenko regarding the ceasefire. Perhaps such consultations will take place in the near future, but now I am not ready to say anything specific. Moreover, we are ready to discuss a variety of ceasefire options and are ready to ensure compliance with these conditions. We are ready to listen to all the possibilities that Kyiv offers for a peaceful resolution of the conflict. The location of future negotiations is still unknown, but we will insist on holding consultations in Donetsk,” Russian media quote Borodai as saying.
In addition, he commented on the battle for the police department in Donetsk, which resulted in the death of a policeman.
“Currently, explanatory work is being carried out with Bezler’s group. At the moment he himself is in Gorlovka. His people do not obey the DPR, and such armed groups also still exist. We are currently carrying out work that will allow them to report to a single center,” he said.
“There are no disagreements with Pushilin. Everything is fine with us, he is doing his job,” Borodai said, answering a question about conflicts with the speaker of the Supreme Council of the DPR Denis Pushilin.
As Navigator reported, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that by violating the truce in Donbass, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko took full political responsibility for the unleashed hostilities. Let us remind you that yesterday Poroshenko said that negotiations with Donbass could continue.
