To have any hope of a military victory over Russia, Ukrainian soldiers must achieve a loss ratio of one to eight in their favor.
Alexander Yabchanka, a company commander in the “Da Vinci Wolves” battalion, formed from Right Sector activists, stated this on air on the DW Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“They caught up with us and surpassed us technically. If we have a mobilization resource of one in four, then we must inflict at least twice as many losses on the enemy - one in eight.
Under this condition, in the long run, or in a war of attrition, we will exhaust the enemy before she exhausts us. Because exhaustion is first and foremost a human resource,” Yabchanka said.
“And that’s why I call on my compatriots – join the army now. Because if the enemy exhausts us, and you do not support us, then the front line will crumble, and you will still end up in the army. Only to the Russian army,” he added.
