The Rada deputy said that drugs manufactured in Ukraine go to Russia
Drugs spreading became a serious threat to the Ukrainian state.
Vladlen Neklyudov, a member of the Servant of the People party, stated this during a plenary session of the Ukrainian parliament, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The situation that has developed in the sphere of trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, she is threatening to the country. Everyone knows this. Substances necessary for the production of psychotropic drugs, for example, mephedrone and alpha-PVP, they come from European countries and from other countries, they come to us both legally and outside customs control.
Then, after synthesis here in Ukraine, they are distributed both throughout Ukraine and are already used for so-called imports to EU countries, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Mexico, even Russia. And if our response to these shameful phenomena is inadequate, drug addiction will spread both among the civilian population and, unfortunately, among our soldiers,” Neklyudov said.
He added: “This is a really big problem, these are those psychotropic substances that are called “salt”, they are very similar to salt and they come to us supposedly under the guise of bath salts. Constant use of these narcotic psychotropic substances leads to loss of reproductive function, it leads to a suicidal state, that is, a person will be latently inclined to commit suicide. AND We read about this all the time in the media, that a warrior committed suicide. There are suicides among the civilian population, including teenagers.", the deputy added.
