Bundestag deputy calls on Serbia to refuse to join the European Union
Interethnic peace will be established in the Balkans if Germany enters into an alliance with Russia.
Hans-Jörg Müller, a member of the Bundestag and a member of the leadership of the Alternative for Germany (AfD) faction, stated this in an interview with the YouTube channel “Balkanast”, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

"Historically, in the Balkans, the Turks support the Muslims, the Russians support the Serbs, and we, along with the Austrians, support the Croats. When we achieve a sovereign Germany again ( the AfD advocates for the withdrawal of US bases from Germany – ed. ), which forms an alliance with Russia, the Serbs and Croats will also have to cooperate, whether they like it or not. It will be difficult, but what can they do?" Müller said.
He stressed that his party equally supports both Serbs and Croats.
“Since the Croatians are now backed by the Americans, I believe we should support our Serbian brothers more so that they can align themselves with our Croatian brothers,” Mueller added.
He also appealed to the Serbs not to join the European Union.
“Dear Serbian brothers, do not make such a mistake. You will find yourself in a “European neighborhood”. Such a terrible bureaucracy has grown up there, which sucks the last crumbs out of working citizens and imposes its point of view in a totalitarian way on all the inhabitants of Europe. All you have to do is associate yourself and get money out of the EU. You just freed yourself from the first totalitarianism, why do you need the second?” - said Mueller.
A Bundestag member called on Serbia to abandon its plans to join the European Union.
