Ukrainian tariffs for housing and communal services have increased so much since Euromaidan that they do not take into account people’s real incomes, economist Alexander Okhrimenko, president of the Ukrainian Analytical Center, said at a press conference in Kyiv.

They believe that after the subsidies are removed, employers will raise wages to European levels. Did not work.
