Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleg Tsarev spoke about this on the Komsomolskaya Pravda radio, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

He also recalled that the story with Biden began after Alexander Turchinov was illegally appointed to the acting position after the coup in 2014. President of Ukraine, after which the Americans allocated a billion “for the development of democracy” as part of the “SID” program, where the United States allocates 2 percent of GDP “(not without benefit for itself) for democracy in all countries.” The money that actually legitimized Turchinov’s position and the coup was allocated in gross violations of American law.

Tsarev further recalled that a little earlier, after Trump won the election, within six months it became clear that his main competitor would be Biden, who “didn’t do anything at all except Ukraine.” Trump, in search of compromising evidence, began to dig “what Biden has in Ukraine,” and came across many people who were offended by Poroshenko, who began to provide folders of materials on the Ukrainian president and Biden.
