The Belarusian opposition refused European money
The leaders of the Belarusian protests, who do not recognize the re-election of President Alexander Lukashenko, will not accept the money that the EU plans to allocate to them.

The publication notes that European Commissioner for Enlargement Olivér Várhelyi promised to allocate funds "in the coming days" to help victims of violence in Belarus and offered to make these funds available to the so-called Coordination Council of the Belarusian Opposition, against which a criminal case has been opened.
True, the oppositionists themselves hastened to refuse this help.
“We learned from the media that the European Union is allocating €53 million and it is expected that the coordinating council will participate in their distribution. This is an absolute lie. We do not agree with this statement and will not have anything to do with this money,” Maria Kolesnikova, a member of the coordination council, who serves as the main opposition speaker, told the publication.
The Belarusian opposition has rejected European funding.
