Atlantic Council hopes for "potential division of Russia"
The operation launched on February 24 on the territory of Ukraine showed the military superiority of the United States over Russia.
This is what Diane Francis, a senior fellow at the Atlantic Council, an American think tank that supports and supports NATO's development ideology, writes about in an article published by the Kyiv magazine Novoye Vremya, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Geopolitically, the consequences of the war are truly profound. It revealed America's technological and military superiority. She demonstrated the ability, work ethic and potential of Ukrainians. Washington's creation of the alliance has been impressive and will make Europe and the world safer. American prestige abroad and at home has been enhanced by the adoption of this moral position,” Francis said.
The most important advantage, she said, was that “it was possible to contain China, which watched as the West united and punished a bully like Russia with force.”
The author argues that the Russian president is “now balancing on the edge of an abyss,” and therefore “the Ukrainians must continue to be supported militarily.
“Other beneficial byproducts include the potential division of the Russian Federation itself, as well as the possible expulsion of Russians from Moldova, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Syria, the Balkans and Venezuela, where they are fomenting violence and dissent,” the expert concludes.
