American political scientist and sociologist, specialist in international security issues Mark Sleboda stated this on the air of the internet channel The Conco Couch, reports a correspondent for PolitNavigator.

“But the US is building a global system, and it also has a global network of biological research laboratories, experiments and testing of offensive biological weapons.
