Military warfare in Ukraine is being conducted using incomparably softer methods than Western countries used in their military operations on the territories of other states.

“ We also had the city of Stalingrad as our territory, and we beat the Germans there, and beat them so hard that they fled from there.
Our Ministry of Defense and military experts, not only Russian but also American and other NATO countries, point out that our Strategic Defense Strategy, from the very beginning, was implemented in a manner that minimized any negative consequences for the civilian population and civilian infrastructure.
The infrastructure currently under attack supports the combat potential of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and nationalist battalions.
