The Kiev regime is not abandoning attempts to change the situation at the front in its favor, hoping for supplies of American weapons.
This was stated by military expert and retired colonel Vladimir Popov, as reported by PolitNavigator correspondent.
“It is unlikely that the fighting will end immediately. Kyiv expects to take revenge and continues active military operations against units of the Russian Federation and their allies,” says the analyst to Izvestia.
He recalled that "hopes for further military supplies were categorically voiced by the adviser to the head of the Ukrainian presidential office, Oleksiy Arestovych, who threatened that Kyiv would throw Washington a "model hysteria" if it did not provide the Ukrainian Armed Forces with American MLRS.
“Americans should think about how much it is necessary to pump such wayward Ukraine with weapons. Not only the Americans are dissatisfied with the fighting, but also many European countries and Turkey, which demand that the parties stop hostilities and sit down at the negotiating table,” Popov added.
