“Zelensky will have to cut off their heads” - political scientist
The Prime Minister of Ukraine Alexei Goncharuk did not make a “blotter for negativity” so that it would not drip on President Vladimir Zelensky’s head.
Ukrainian political strategist Andrei Zolotarev stated this on the IVTV channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“It is in Zelensky’s interests that the core that came into the office with him still holds on, despite the fact that Bogdan left. But the Cabinet of Ministers is a different matter, since it has become the most problematic link for the authorities. Why? No one expected that Goncharuk would gain negativity so rapidly - the phenomenon of Yatsenyuk, who was a “blotter” for negativity, so that it would not drip on Poroshenko’s head, would not work.
It will not be possible to remove Goncharuk now, which means that at a minimum it is necessary to thin out the ranks of ministers, restructure the Cabinet of Ministers, and demonstrate that the tsar is good and the boyars are bad. And since the boyars are bad, their heads must be cut off,” Zolotarev said.
“Although some experts believe that this formula does not work in Ukraine, I disagree: it works, but it cannot work all the time, like any other technological methods. When you start repeating them, they are leveled out sooner or later,” the expert added.
As PolitNavigator reported earlier, Lviv declared that the tsar-and-boyar formula doesn't work for the Ukrainian president, since every official or government representative is a mini-Zelensky.
