The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine conducted large-scale tactical exercises at the International Interdepartmental Multidisciplinary Training Center of the National Guard of Ukraine, located in the village of Stare. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov attended the exercises, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“The demonstration of the capabilities of the internal affairs bodies was observed by the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, the Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Turkey Suleyman Soylu, representatives of the French and US embassies in Ukraine,” the message said.
Vladimir Zelensky said that the level of training of Ukrainian specialists impresses him.
“Multidisciplinary training was conventionally divided into several stages. First, units of the State Emergency Service eliminated the consequences of a man-made disaster.
The special purpose group of the NSU “Omega” was supposed to find and neutralize a sabotage and reconnaissance group of illegal armed groups.

It is also reported that joint demonstrations by canine handlers from NSU and State Tax Administration were held at the NSU Training Center. “Specialists and their four-legged pets demonstrated the work of a service dog in searching for weapons and explosives, overcoming an obstacle course, apprehending an intruder and general commands,” the department said..
